UK 'Royal Mail Signed For': Usually 2 - 4 working days £9.99

'International Tracked': Usually 7 - 12 working days £39

HandMade items will usually take UP TO 3 Weeks* of production time, ItEMS will then be released for DELIVERY times stated above.

As an independent boutique we'll always try our best to minimise this time frame where possible,

until it's in the postal system and out of our control. ALL ITEMS ARE QUALITY CHECKED

WITH DATE & TIME STAMPED PHOTOGRAPHS BEFORE DISPATCH. 

Her Ego processes orders on working days Mon - Fri. If an order is placed on a weekend, your order will be handled on the

next working day. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates as all deliveries are subject to the service provided

from Royal Mail and its affiliates. With this in mind and in an unlikely event, please allow a maximum of up to 8

working days (after production) for delivery within Mainland UK, and 14 working days for Non-Mainland UK. 

In some cases, where the Royal Mail has been unable to secure a signature on delivery, the order will be taken to a postal

office. If the customer does not collect the order, or arrange a redelivery with the Royal Mail, the order will usually

be  returned to Her Ego. We will resend the order to the customer, at the customer's expense for the postage.

We cannot be held accountable for delays OR CHARGES in customs clearance.

RETURNS

Please be aware, As all CLOTHING ITEMS are bespoke 'made to order‘, we follow a strict no refund policy. This applies to

reasons such as the item not suiting the customer.

in some cases, if alteration is needed, we will kindly ASK YOU to send us your item

BACK (REMEMBERING TO KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE, INCASE OF LOSS) and WE WILL amend aS NEEDED. We will then POST your item back to you

FREE OF CHARGE.

(AFter we have received your items back AT HER EGO LONDON, We aim to complete thE ALTERATIONS process within 10 working days. Then

post back to you under Royal Mail’s posting time frameS)

- IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS ALTERATION SERVICE, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THIS REQUEST, WTHIN 7 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. THE ITEM(S) MUST NOT

HAVE BEEN USED. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM(S) BACK, WE WILL DECIDE UPON OUR DISCRETION WETHER THE ITEM(S) ARE STILL DEEMED AS NEW.

Otherwise we have the right to send the item back TO YOU with no alterations.

It is the customers responsibility to choose the correct size of their item(s).

Lastly, if there is a fault we will try to rectify this. However, the customer is not entitled to a

refund unless the item is not AMENDABLE.
