also means 'money' in the Nigerian language Igbo, and this is why fabrics have been carefully selected and sourced, for her ego (her

money) to provide a label of quality. The label specialises in translating both of these meanings into contemporary styles that have the

look and feel of expense, while making an individual statement for women.

Tonye finds sourcing African fabric used straight from Africa fundamental in keeping those pieces authentic, while giving fair trade back

to some of the local traders. The customised pieces are carefully handmade and produced in the UK.
